Thanks for stopping by to check out my

"Coffee with Maigen" offer!

If you're on this page, it's highly likely that you are "so over" the stress and anxiety that comes from not having a clear idea of what your next level of career success is - and from not knowing how you're going to get there.

Are you ready to get more serious about your career as a woman in tech?

Your answer should be a whole-hearted, resounding "YES!"

Is it?

Good.

Once you've made that decision, your whole world changes.

You get to enjoy peace of mind, confidence and a sense of security, knowing with great certainty, that your career is about to take an upward trajectory.

I can probably help you with that, but because I don't know you, I can't say for sure.

And you probably don't know me that well either.

So ... let's meet, get to know each other, and figure this thing out for you.

Here's a bit of a heads-up on what will happen when we meet

Firstly, I’ll spend time asking you about your career, where it’s at and where you want to get it to.

I'll ask you a whole bunch of questions, but you won't need to prepare anything because the questions will be straight forward.

Then I'll be in a position to identify what you need to do, specifically, for your career strategy in order to make the changes necessary to do the work you want to do and live a life you love.

And at that point, I’ll know if working with me (in some form or another) would be a good fit for your needs.

If it’s not, I’ll probably be able to recommend something or someone else that would be a better fit.

And if working with me is a fit, we can talk about the different ways I work with clients.

Of course, you'll be able to ask me questions as well.

And just so you know in advance, the investment for working with me to create and implement your career strategy ranges from as low as $100 a month up to $1,200 a month, depending on what your needs and budget are.

I've tried to find a price point for almost every budget, which means that I’m not necessarily as expensive as many people think

In fact, if you’re not sure that’s right for you, I highly recommend you join the Empowered Women in Tech "Meet You Where You Are" plan right now, for just $17/month.

BTW: here's what our meeting will NOT be...

Just so you know, your 30-minute coffee with me is not some sort of “sales ambush” where you get your arm twisted and pushed into something that you don’t want.

That wouldn’t be fair to you.

It wouldn’t sit right with me to do that to you.

Instead, it’s a chat between two adults to see if working with me would be right for you.

And while I'll identify some of the things you should do to create your career strategy, this coffee meeting isn't designed as a “Coaching Consultation” where I tell you what to do and you go away and do it.

Frankly, if I allowed you to leave the meeting with that idea, I’d be doing you a disservice because you'd fail to implement effectively without expert guidance and coaching.

You know how it is … literacy isn't mastery … the map is not the territory … and all those truisms.

It's better that I'm upfront with you about what it takes to find the right career track and create an effective strategy, rather than have you think you can implement on your own, and then end up frustrated and disappointed that the results were not what you wanted.

Here's what I need from you before you book a time to chat...

My group program, which is ideal for many people, starts at only US$100 a month.

Other one-on-one programs run from $400 to $1,200 a month, and it may well be that we'll talk about some of these options if they're relevant to you, but we'll figure that out together based on your needs and your budget.

So … if you can afford at least the US$100 a month, I’m comfortable with setting aside my normal US$300 an hour consulting fee, to see if I have something that can help you and that fits your budget.

The only thing I ask in return is that you come to the meeting seriously committed to reaching your next level of career success and that you can afford for us to work together if we agree that it’s a good idea for you.

Otherwise, there really is no point in us meeting because if we both agree that working with me is a good fit but you can’t afford it then you’ll be disappointed … and I may even be a tad frustrated too ☹.

OK, so if you’re cool with that then please go ahead and book a time for us to chat and I will really look forward to meeting you.

Finally, whatever conclusion we come to at the end of our chat, I want you to feel excited and confident about your future, not frustrated and disappointed. So please read the following statements and click on the check boxes to confirm that your expectations are in line with what will happen on our call.
